From Camp Ramah in the Berkshires to the Union for Reform Judaism’s Camp Harlam in the Poconos, the summer camp season is winding down. Before thoughts turn from Color War to Back-to-School, we present a gallery of summer fun.

Helping us capture the action — at least at the camps closer to home — were Tracy Levine, manager of the MetroWest Jewish Camp Enterprise, and Kim Hirsh, development officer of the Jewish Community Foundation of MetroWest.

Earlier this summer, they embarked on their Summer Camp Tour 2010, visiting youngsters in action at partner camps serving the MetroWest community, including: URJ Camp Harlam in Kunkletown, Pa.; Camp JRF (Jewish Reconstructionist Federation) in South Sterling, Pa.; Camp Moshava (Bnei Akiva of North America) in Honesdale, Pa.; NJ Y Camps in Milford, Pa.; Camp Ramah of the Berkshires in Wingdale, NY; Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake in Verbank, NY; and Camp Tel Yehudah (Young Judaea) in Barryville, NY.

We also got pictures from Camp Yavneh in Northwood, NH, and Ramah Outdoor Adventure at Ramah in the Rockies, in Colorado, where four area kids are enjoying a mountain adventure.
