Toni Powers
Toni Neuman Powers, 84, of East Brunswick died April 28, 2012. Born in Germany, she was a former Livingston resident.
Mrs. Powers was the dean of student affairs at Dover Business College before retiring.
She was a graduate of City College of New York.
Predeceased by her husband, Bruce L., she is survived by two sons, Robert and David, and four grandsons.
Services were held May 2 with arrangements by Orland’s Ewing Memorial Chapel, Ewing.
