Did I miss anybody?
Me. I think - what, are people to lazy to tear/cut toilet paper before Shabbat begins? It takes a minute or less with a pair of sissors. Furthermore, this product promotes wasteful packaging, and is yet another expense to the average O household.

I still have a fond memory of going into someone's bathroom on Friday night, finding a pile of cut toilet paper and the following poem over the toilet:

Our plumbing is weak
Our plumbing is old
So please, only toilet paper
Down the commode.
