Ladies and shluchim — the Beatles!
My second Beatles post of the day– the surprise guest at last night’s fundraiser for Rutgers Chabad in New Brunswick was Sir Paul McCartney, who’s apparently dating the daughter of the one of the honorees, Myron “Mike” Shevell.
Proving the old journalism adage: Never say no to a Jewish fundraiser — Paul McCartney may show up.
By the way, this is my 1,000th post since starting this blog in Dec. 2007.

It is worth noting that some of the rabbis who signed the decree excommunicating Jews who rent to gentiles are Chabadniks.
