‘Bully’ boy’s dad has problem with Jewish ‘Rulers’
More on that 12-year-old kid who told Chris Christie that the “Jewish community … controls the township of Springfield and its School Board.”
It turns out that the boy’s father, Devendra Makkar, is a political gadfly in Springfield who runs something called “Citizens for Democracy.” He maintains a number of blogs, including “Attorney and Judge Corruption,” which details his legal disputes with various Springfield developers, including members of the Wilf family, who are prominent Jewish philanthropists. Something about stopping a construction project near Wilson Road. (Elsewhere a “Dave Makkar” posts photos of the site, saying it is “under destruction by Zionist Zygi Wilf.”)

Another blog, bullyingbyeducators, details the incident that his son was asking Christie about. It includes a somewhat incomprehensible account of the alleged bullying incident involving the boy — from “the minority Hindu Indian community of Springfield” — and two other kids, including “Mike from the preferred community” (I assume he means Jews). From what I can tell, Makkar’s son played along when one kid told another that he belonged on a “special bus” that would pick him up at midnight.
It also reprints the statement the boy began reading at the Christie town hall meeting. It includes the same incomprehenisble account of the bullying incident, and continues:
My [School] Supervisor Michael Plias says I have done bullying and he forced me to write I bullied Joshua to be funny and cool. For Mike Mr. Plias is saying Mike realized after speaking with him that what Mike said to Joshua was wrong. If I have done bullying according to Mr. Plias how come Mike who made the actual comment and initiated the incident has not done bullying? Just because he is Christian he has not done bullying and myself being a Hindu has done bullying by saying “Yeah there is” to Joshua from Jewish community that controls the township of Springfield and its School Board.
The rest of the blog is peppered with references to the “All Jewish Board” and the “Rulers [sic] Jewish community.”
Apparently there is some history here (no kidding, right?). The blog continues:
This is the second time the Jewish Leadership of Springfield has racially discriminated Surya Makkar. First time they racially discriminated him when he was only 5 years old and was not in a position to even understand what is racial discrimination. A Jewish women Officer … from Springfield PD almost pulled out her gun to stop Student 3 and his 9 years old sister from entering the Court room during recess to meet their mother on the orders of an attorney …. Unfortunately the Leaders of Jewish community were using [a Jewish judge's] Court room as picnic room during recess; eating, drinking and loudly talking to each other. This judge knowingly that she has 2 underage children kept their mother past midnight…
And so on.
The blog also includes what appears to be the Springfield Public Schools’ official report on the alleged bullying incident. If authentic, it sounds like someone’s anti-bullying radar was tuned way too high — the kids appear to be ribbing each other (ranking out was the term of art in 1974) in a fairly innocuous way. (NJ educators have been complaining that the state’s new anti-bullying law has gone overboard).
I don’t think there is much more to this story than one family’s sadly inappropriate and ugly response to what could well have been a frustrating incident. I just pity the administrators and state officials, including Christie, who have to wade through all this.

I have never seen such an idiot who refused to spend $200 for a new air-conditioner and in the process lost 3 years rent increase!
2. Converting a Residential Road Ashwood Rd in to high way and allow 18 wheelers to pass by for a fee to him self with the help of corrupt Springfield administration from his own community headed by attorney Clara Harelick; a woman licensed by state to do robberies and scams.
3. Putting apartments into the Parking lot of old apartment complex Mountain View Apartments with the help of corrupt administration of Springfield from his own community.
4. Blowing up the crown of a Hill to put dream condos with corrupt administration from his own community and blessed by corrupt Superior Court Judges Anzaldi & Malone.
In my opinion if Andrew Silow-Carroll has any honesty and is not racially biased should be criticizing the Springfield Rulers & philanthropist Thug Ziggi Wilf.

I urge the Legislatures of New Jersey that:
They must make age appropriate changes to the HIB policy that has been enforced without due consideration of its repercussions in Elementary and Middle Schools especially to stop its misuse against minorities.
Every Child must have Miranda Rights that they can not be interrogated in the absence of their parent or attorneys.
The parent must be informed of the incident in writing by Courier as well as other means of communication. Let it be mandatory that the parent of the accused student must contact in person with in 3 School Days of the incident.
The investigator must wait for the response of the parent of the involved student in person before interrogating or asking any thing to that Student.
The parent must be provided with the preliminary investigation report before it is presented to the Board of Education.

I know that you are a very busy man, but I only have two questions for you. Mike told Joshua that he will be going home on a special bus. Then Mike said, “Right Surya” All I said was yeah there is. If what Mike said was just wrong comment; then how is my comment bullying? According to my Supervisor Mr. Plias it is and forced me to write that I have done bullying. Why didn’t he ever tell Mike that his comment is more than Bullying? I am also very disturbed that Mr. Plias forced me to write that I did this to be funny and cool. The day this incident happened I did not have any time to even think about what happened, how it happened, and what will be the consequences. It never occurred to me that I said yeah there is to be funny and cool. Why didn’t Mr. Plias make Mike write all this, what he forced me to write? He only made Mike write that he was goofing off and after talking to Mr. Plias he realized what he said was a wrong comment. Why did Mr. Plias force me to write things which he knew that he is going to use against me only? Was it because I’m not Christian or Jewish and Mike is? Is it because of my race, religion and skin color? What Mr. Plias did, crushed the trust between a student and a supervisor. No Reporter has any honesty all of them EXCEPT Andrew Silow-Carroll Editor of New Jersey Jewish News has read the Investigation Report of Supervisor Michael Plias before doing his story laced with BS bogey of anti-Semitism and twisted old events full of lies. STEPHANIE MUSAT of Springfield Patch News IS MORE HONEST THEN any Reporter and the only one to report the STUDENT has demanded Revision in HIB policy and Racial Equality from Gov Christie. Even ANDREW SILOW-CARROL ignored these demands made on December 15 to Senate & Assembly to revise HIB policy for Middle & Elementary Schools.

Sir please allow me to put the facts concerning Officer Kahora of Springfield PD under Racial Bias almost pulled her gun to stop my 5 yr old and 9 yr old 2 children from entering the Court Room during recess to meet their mother well past 11.00 PM. It was Steven Sobel from your community who hit my wife & my son who just had open heart surgery when they were sitting in a stationery car. Sobel manipulated every thing helped my wife parked her car in the garage and told her to take care of crying child. Police came made a report that my wife hit Sobel despite the fact our car was hit in the back by a speeding car from RIGHT to LEFT and Sobel’s speeding car which acted like a bullet had only a minor fender bender. It is a common sense Bullet never get damaged (Sobel’s car) but it can bring havoc to the object it has touched. The final bill for repair to our car was around $24,000.00. We came to know of the wrong report by Springfield PD after a week so we filed complaint against Sobel. Rest every one knows it is on the Blogs (http://www.attorney-judge-corruption.blogspot.com) also how Judge Firsichbaum, attorney Keith Biebelberg and false witnesses and fabricated evidences denied us justice and even the Springfield Rulers ganged up against us. The Judge Firsichbaum on the advise of his friend Counsel Keith Beibelberg denied Testimony and the report of Accident Reconstructionist but allowed the fabricated Repair Bill of Sobel’s Honda made by Dobb’s Auto Body to be put on record. If you check police record for asking justice against a member of your community our property was damaged, there used to be fire works in our property at odd hours, threatening letters, threatening e-mails and threatening phone calls and glass break of our SUV on Ashwood Rd where in last 20 yrs no such incident has ever taken place. Springfield Police rather then protecting our property and our lives complained to the State Police that I am a TERRORIST. It was on the intervention of State Police the Springfield Rulers protected by Springfield Police stopped intimidating and harassing us and stopped destruction to our property.
