Venezuela beat USA in their World Baseball Classic contest yesterday, 5-3. Ryan Braun had three hits, including a double, in four at bats and drove in a run. Kevin Youkilis went hitless in four at bats (plus a walk) and struck out to end the game. John Grabow once again retired the only batter he faced.
