JML Update: Games of May 17
On the ups: Scott Feldman pitched six scoreless innings but did not get credit for the Rangers’ 3-0 win over the Angels. Feldman allowed just four hits, but his team didn’t score until he was out of the game. Ian Kinsler had a double, run scored, and run batted in in three official at-bats. Brad Ausmus had one hit in five trips to the plate in the Dodgers’ 12-5 win over the Marlins. Ryan Braun had a double and a walk with two runs scored as the Brewers beat the Cardinals 8-2. Gabe Kapler was 0-2 with a walk and an RBI in the Rays’ 7-5 win over the Indians.
On the downs:
Pareve: Kevin Youkilis (Red Sox) remains on the disabled list with a strained oblique muscle.
DNP: Jason Marquis (Rockies), Josh Whitesell and Scott Schoeneweis (Diamondbacks), John Grabow (Pirates), Craig Breslow (Twins)
Dishonorable mention: Breslow allowed the walk-off, game-winning home run to Alex Rodriguez in Saturday’s 6-4 Yankees win over the Twins.

Clearly, anti-semitism is at work here.
Lets see if he hits Youkilis or Kapler; then we’ll know if a pattern is developing…
