		<description>Chafets obviously isn&#039;t a lawyer because he doesn&#039;t know what the hell he is talking about with respect to the constitutionality of drug testing.  It&#039;s not unconstitutional unless MLB is an agent of the state; as a private institution, it is not subject to the strictures of the Fourth Amendment. Any first-year law student knows this. It is so typical of non-lawyers to invoke the constitution without having any idea of what they are talking about.  His point about the union not consenting is probably accurate but there is no constitutional constraint on MLB from doing this.  Frankly, when people make statements like this, it makes me doubt their overall credibility.</description>
