The Detroit Pistons have the 15th pick in the upcoming NBA draft. According to a piece in the June 29 issue of ESPN the Magazine, if he was allowed to make the selection, Piston guard Will Bynum would choose Omri Casspi, a forward for Maccabi Tel Aviv.
“He’s not going to back down from anyone,” said Bynum in the article, which gave mock general manager duties to hoopsters. “Plus, he doesn’t mind doing the little things it takes to win. Those are traits we’re known for in Detroit, so he’s a good fit. And he can shoot, handle it and pass. What more could you want?”
