You can go years without hearing about a former player, then you get a couple of hits in a matter of days.
In this case, the University of Minnesota posted this Q&A with Bob Stein, one of their own who made good in the NFL. Most recently, Stein is involved in a case trying to get some payback for ex-NFLers who want compensation for the use of the images and names by the league.
