At the risk of getting tangle in lashon hara (running to tell tales) I’m passing along the latest in the continuing soap opera that is Frank and Jamie McCourt of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The McCourts in happier times

According to a story on ESPN.com news services, Mrs. McC “was fired last month by Dodgers owner and estranged husband, Frank, who claims she was having an affair with her bodyguard-driver and was doing a poor job in her role as chief executive.”

Mrs. McC (nee Luskin) was selected by Jewish Women magazine as one of the 10 women to watch in 5768 and has been actively involved in Jewish philanthropy (that’s philanthropy, wise guy, not philandering).
