- Tackle Igor Olshansky assisted on one tackle in the Cowboys’ 31-24 loss to the New York Giants, who swept the season series. Guard Kyle Kosier also started the game. The ‘Bows have an 8-4 mark, with the Giants right behind at 7-5.
- Long snapper David Binn and the San Diego Chargers took a relatively close one from the Cleveland browns, 30-23. San Diego has an 9-3 record and leads the AFC Western Division.
- Carolina Panthers’ tackle Geoff Schwartz played in the team’s 16-6 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also ran back the game’s opening kickoff (!) for 16 yards.
- Aaron Podlesh made three punts (45 yard average, including a 54-yarder) in the Jacksonville Jaguars’ 23-18 win over the Houston Texans.
- The Minnesota Vikings dropped their second game of the season, 30-17 against the Arizona Cardinals, but Sage Rosenfels still didn’t get a chance to take a snap.
