Veteran baseball writer Maury Allen will share his experiences as a journalist as the guest speaker at Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston, on Sunday, Jan. 17, at 10 a.m.
In addition to his work for the New York Post and Sports Illustrated, Allen has written more than 35 sports books. His upcoming project, Dixie Walker of the Dodgers, is due out in the spring.
