Let it snow, etc.
So I’m home, looking out my back door at the whiteness that used to be my vegetable garden. I’ve already shoveled once and parked the car parallel to the driveway (so the plows won’t come along and re-cover what I’ve cleared away. Reportedly, there’s lot more to come.
So here’s my question:
Why aren’t we hearing “Frosty The Snowman?” Why no “Winter Wonderland?” How come no “Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow?” These aren’t Christmas songs; they’re winter song with no religious significance (save the “Parson Brown” mention in “Wonderland”; just substitute “Rabbi”).
Still winter the last time I looked. In fact, when they start the cycle in December, it’s not even winter yet!
Just think of the marketing possibilities if they would adjust the radio playlists.

True, Ron, and a number of those songs were written by Jews by the way.
