David Stern has been known to lay down exceedingly heavy fines for those who cross him by expressing an opinion or simply by displaying what he perceives as a negative attitude. Mark Cuban, the loquacious owner of the Dallas Mavericks (and fellow Jew) seems to be a particular target.
