Ike Davis was 1-3 with a walk as the NY Mets lost to the visiting Colorado Rockies, 3-1, despite anotehr strong performance by pitcher R.A. Dickey.
Sam Fuld was 2-4, raising his batting average to .320 since his return, as the Tampa Bay Rays defeated the visiting Kansas City Royals, 5-1.
Ryan Braun was 2-5 with a run scored as the Milwaukee Brewers beat the visiting Chicago Cubs, 9-5.
Kevin Youkilis was 1-4 with a run scored as the Chicago White Sox beat the visiting NY Yankees, 9-6.
Ian Kinsler has a double in two official at bats, drove in one run, and walked twice as the Texas Rangers beat the visiting Baltimore Orioles, 5-1. Scott Feldman gets the start tonight.
Jason Marquis also starts tonight for the San Diego Padres against the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates.
Michael Schwimer did not appear in the Philadelphia Phillies’ 12-5 win over the visiting Cincinnati Reds.
The Red Sox were off last night so no games for Craig Breslow, Ryan Lavarnway, or Danny Valencia.
