Safety Taylor Mays appeared in the Cincinnati Bengals’ 24-17 loss to the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers.
Mitchell Schwartz made the game start at right tackle for the Cleveland Browns who lost 17-13 to the host Indianapolis Colts.
Geoff Schwartz subbed in as guard for the Minn. Vikings, who beat the visiting Arizona Cardinals, 21-14.
Erik Lorig caught one pass for six yards as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the host New Orleans Saints, 35-28. as did Brian De Le Puente made the game start at center for the Saints. Wide receiver Greg Camarillo was cut to make room for linebacker Jonathan Vilma.
Gabe Carimi, Adam Podlesh, and the rest of the Chicago Bears take on the visiting Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football.
Defensive end Antonio Garay and the San Diego Chargers had their bye week. Wonder when we’ll next see Garay in action.
