JFL update, Oct. 24: Lions (no Tigers) and Bears, oh my!

The Chicago Bears beat the Detroit Lions on Monday, 13-7. Gabe Carimi made the game start at right tackle. Adam Podlesh made eight punts for 324 yards (40.5 average), including one of 53 yards and two which he placed inside the 20-yard line.

The Bears are now 5-1 and are listed third in the NFL “power rankings.”
