You should be offended.

I’ll admit, I write to offend. When I write an article, I hope that the reader sees the facts and analysis, and takes that in. But even more, I hope that the reader feels a little uncomfortable with what I write. Shock value is key for me. Controversy is what a political piece thrives on. If my articles weren’t controversial, they’d be boring. So, now I have a question for all of you: how do you want to be offended next? I hope to be writing on this blog a lot, so anything that is shocking, controversial or bizarre in the political realm is greatly invited. How about a piece on the glories of the 2nd amendment? Would an essay on Roe v. Wade make you uneasy? I’m always open to suggestions, just let me know. Thanks, your resident right-winger, Cory
