This program is intended to build and strengthen leadership skills as well as connect up-and-coming leaders from Middlesex County synagogues and Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County constituent agencies. Participants, ages 35-55 living in Middlesex County, are identified through conversations with congregational rabbis and agency directors as emerging leaders. Six leadership development training sessions are held monthly beginning in the fall, culminating in an inspiring trip to Israel. Upon completion of the program, Tanzman Fellows are required to serve in a leadership capacity at a Middlesex congregation or agency.
To learn more call the Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County, 732-588-1800.
